This service is for the ISO that desires to focus on generating new sales rather than spend valuable
time performing non-revenue generating operational activities. Merchant or terminal enrollment is a
complex processes where errors will result in increased costs; where errors will result in implementation
delays leading to merchant dissatisfaction.
Onkorr will perform the following functions required to
enroll a merchant or a terminal onto Open Solutions database for debit card and Caledon Card or NCR or Global Payments database
for credit cards:
- Prepare and submit required Open Solutions input forms.
- Ensure Open Solutions input was performed correctly.
- Complete Caledon Card merchant/terminal web site enrollment.
- Ensure Caledon input was performed correctly.
- Follow-up with Open Solution when debit or credit card enrollments are delayed.
- Re-submit corrections when Credit Card merchant information is rejected.
- Apply for Credit Card merchant accounts with Credit Card Providers if required.
