    We have developed a merchant self-help facility to assist you to identify a problem situation with your terminal and the necessary action required to correct the problem. This facility is especially valuable when time is important and access to our Help Desk is restricted or unavailable.

    As a merchant of our customers, you will have received a User ID and a Password. To access our Merchant self-help Terminal Troubleshooting facility, click on the Terminal Troubleshooting image, enter your User ID and Password then simily follow the prompts. Once you have identified the problem, take the corrective action indicated.

    If you are unable to identified your particular problem, contact the company that sold you your terminal for assistance. If you were provided the ONKORR Inc. Help Desk toll free number, contact us for further assistance.
