Onkorr Inc. is a Canadian company that provides
product and support services to Canadian Independent
Sales Organizations (ISO).
Through a product distribution agreement with KeyCorp
Canada Limited and TechTrex IncOnkorr is the supplier to the ISO community
for KeyCorp and TechTrex POS terminals, PIN pads and printers.
Onkorr provides support services to the ISO community,
consisting of Help Desk, Merchant Training, Sales
Agent Support and Device Deployment.

Technicians
and Trainers
Onkorr technicians and trainers are closely managed
and trained by former merchant services employees
of a large acquirer/processor. All possess an excellent
knowledge of the POS industry and the challenges
facing acquirers, processors, ISO’s and merchants.
Each supervisor understands the impact of responding
quickly and accurately to each merchant problem.
Each supervisor also understands the influence quality
training has on merchant satisfaction.
Quality
Onkorr understands that errors and ommissions are costly to all parties. Onkorr does not rely on 3rd party providers to perform application loading and security key injection. By performing all tasks internally, Onkorr can guarantee the highest level of service in the industry.
Onkorr guarantees that application loading and security key injection will be accurate.
Our guarantee to our customers: Onkorr will refund the cost of application loading and security key injection if we make a mistake.
Various quality assurance methodologies are used
to monitor the quality of training provided by our
trainers and the level of customer satisfaction
